Little Pot of Horrors's Shipping Policy

Welcome to Little Pot of Horrors. We're committed to delivering your plants and products with care, ensuring they arrive in the best condition possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.

Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We only ship on Monday's & Tuesday's to try our best to avoid parcels sitting in warehouses over the weekend. If you order on Tuesday, it will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

- We do not guarantee shipping times, the carrier provides these. 

Order Tracking

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). 

- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. Updates may vary based on carrier. 

Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship within the Continental United States only.

- We can only fit up to 4 items in one shipment. Additionally, we can only ship 1 Nepenthes per shipment.  If you exceed either of these, please create a separate order. 

Delivery Issues

- Lost or Damaged Packages: Little Pot of Horrors is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Returns & Replacements

- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on plants.

- If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to address the issue. 

- Damaged items are not eligible for replacement or refund, please contact the carrier for compensation. 

International Shipping

- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
